BIG UPGRADES are coming to Tap the Rock!

First up, we are moving Tap the Rock to the Historic Robertson Home. If you are not familiar with this amazing and historic space please click here and check it out! It’s close to downtown and sits on 16 beautiful acres.

This will allow us to make our next Tap the Rock the largest one yet! That means more local breweries, more local vendors, more local food trucks, and an even bigger & better VIP section. The venue features a massive and gorgeous barn which means you don’t have to worry about the weather!

Second, we have to change the date. To facilitate this new venue as well as to bring on some new sponsors we will be changing the date to November 4th, 2023. We know that seems like a long time, but trust us, you will not be disappointed!

We could not be more excited about these changes and cannot wait to bring you the best beer festival in the area!

Rock Hill’s largest beer festival returns! Just like years passed, the fourth annual Tap the Rock Craft Beer Festival will be packed with great NC & SC beers! You can get the general tasting ticket and have unlimited pours of some of the area’s best brews. This year you will also be able to buy individual beers while you enjoy the live music and food trucks. Of course, the best way to enjoy the entire experience is with the VIP ticket! VIP gets you unlimited sampling, but it also gives you access to the private VIP area where you can enjoy rare & speciality beers tapped each hour, catered food, and a private bathroom! Historic Rock Hill is brewing some fun for Historic Rock Hill’s first largest single-day craft beer festival…


Presented by Historic Rock Hill and The Main St Bottle Shop, the 2nd annual Tap The Rock Craft Beer Festival will bring together more than 40 craft breweries and beer enthusiasts to bond over their common love of beer at Rock Hill’s largest single-day craft beer festival.


Being held on Saturday, September 16th, 2017 from 3-7:00p.m., Tap The Rock will showcase some of the most interesting & unique craft beers for all to sample – featuring rare beers made specially for festival VIP’s.  Food trucks will also be onsite serving up some of the South’s tastiest savory fare.  


Each $40 general admission ticket includes admittance to our craft beer sampling area, where you’ll receive tasting samples from some of the best craft breweries in the country.  For $75, you can purchase a VIP ticket, which includes early admission, a private setting separate from the general sampling area, and exclusive rare beer tastings.  Plus, the commemorative sampling glass is for all festival attendees to keep.
